This robot is one of the three Quick Draw robots alongside Jesse and Butch. Using weapons with different ranges allows Docs to be both support and a skirmisher. Players can use all of the same type of weapon or a combination of kinetic, rocket and plasma. The ability has a 15 second cooldown time. This gives the Doc a high rate of fire since the weapons stored on its back automatically reload. The Doc has the Quick Draw ability which allows it to switch the two active medium weapons with the two medium weapons stored on its back. Support sometimes also includes stat-boosters and recovery, like Healers that help teammates regain health. The Doc is a medium robot with 4 medium hardpoints, but can only use two at a time. Having more firepower is important for Defenders, as they will need to outlast enemy robots during an assault. Defenders often make up the most, using similar high-armor robots to Tanks, but usually with long-ranged weapons. On the support side, there are a variety of roles. Ambushers are just the opposite, using robots with higher speeds to attack enemies and break their defensive lines, all at the expense of low health. These players try to take the bulk of the enemy fire and will tend to be the backbone of the assault. The Tank tends to use robots with higher health and armor stats, usually at the expense of speed (which often can be a benefit, as it makes their robot more targetable). There are largely two major offensive playstyles, based on the balance between speed and health/armor: the Tank and the Ambusher. And to do this, they will need to suit themselves with a robot that effectively gears itself for each player's preferred playstyle. On the team side, there are a few roles that players can play to increase their efficiency.
